2 packaged or homemade naan flatbreads
½ cup basil or oregano pesto
6 ounces fresh mozzarella, shredded
⅓ cup baby spinach
Crushed red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Spread pesto over flatbread. Spread mozzarella over the pesto and lay spinach evenly on top of that. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
