minutesThis delicious mimosa is created using tart grapefruit flavor, a bit of woodsy rosemary simple syrup, and champagne. Our favorite type is Prosecco.
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup grapefruit juice, chilled
1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup
1 bottle champagne
4 sprigs rosemary, for garnish
Your rosemary simple syrup can store for up to 10 days in the refrigerator. Be sure to place it in an airtight container until used.
Do not try and store a complete cocktail. Your mimosas will taste best if you create them at the time of use!
