Turmeric, Carrot, and Ginger Juice Recipe

Carrots are nutrition powerhouses. They’re stacked with vitamins A, C, D, K, and E, and they contain magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Add ginger (supports healthy digestion and immune system) and turmeric (fights inflammation and boosts brain health), and you’ve got a cocktail of health. This simple juice is surprisingly sweet and perfect for a mid-day boost.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-10 large carrots
  • 1″ piece ginger
  • 1″ piece fresh turmeric root
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 tsp raw honey

HOW-TO:

  1. If your ingredients are not organic, peel them!
  2. Run the carrots, ginger, turmeric, and lemon flesh through a juicer.
  3. Pour the juice into a blender, add the honey, and blend until the honey is thoroughly mixed in.
  4. Enjoy.
