Sip of the Week: Peach + Basil Infused Water

Stay cool, hydrated, and garden-fresh with this easy peach and basil infused water. It’s sweet, refreshing, and naturally good for you — no sugar, no fuss, just a little everyday luxury.

“I have been trying these water recipes and my colleague shared this one with me – she works at a tech company in Austin and this has been her favorite flavor this summer. I tried it, and I loved it.” Natalie Sevella

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 8 cups cold filtered water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:
Add the peach slices and basil to a pitcher of water. Lightly muddle the basil to release its oils, then chill for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice and enjoy your garden-inspired reset. I leave the peach skins on but you can peel them if you wish.

Wellness Boost:
Peaches are rich in antioxidants and hydration, while mint supports digestion and lifts your mood. It’s the perfect blend of flavor and function — just like your garden.
