Ingredients
2 cinnamon sticks, about 3 inches each
4 green tea bags
½ tsp minced fresh ginger root
½ tsp grated lemon zest
4 cardamom pods, crushed
4 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp honey
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cinnamon sticks, green tea bags, cardamom pods, lemon zest, and grated ginger root.
- Add boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and discard tea bags and spices.
- Stir honey into tea and serve immediately.
