Prosciutto and Arugula Microgreens Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup arugula microgreens

  • Olive oil

  • Shaved Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Arrange the mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately top with prosciutto slices.
  • Add arugula microgreens and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Finish with shaved Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
