BBQ Chicken Pizza with Rocket Microgreens

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup rocket microgreens

  • 1/4 cup parsley microgreens

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add thinly sliced red onions on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with cilantro microgreens and radish microgreens.
  • Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Serve immediately.
