Keep your meals light (but full of flavor) post Turkey-day feast, and enjoy this recipe! This classic Waldorf Salad takes a tasty turn by adding your Thanksgiving turkey to the mix. Plus, it’s extra simple to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups of Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

  • 2 Stalks of Celery

  • 1 Apple
    (Gala or Granny Smith Cored & Chopped)

  • ⅔ Cups of Grapes

  • ½ Cup of Pecans

  • ½ Cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Teaspoon Honey

  • 1 Fresh Head of Lettuce
    (Preferably from your Gardenuity Garden)

  • Salt (as needed)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together turkey, celery, fresh lettuce, apple, grapes, and pecans until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and desired amount of salt until well blended.
  • Mix both bowls together and serve over fresh lettuce.
  • Enjoy!
