Ingredients
1 ½ Cups of Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey
2 Stalks of Celery
1 Apple
(Gala or Granny Smith Cored & Chopped)⅔ Cups of Grapes
½ Cup of Pecans
½ Cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Fresh Head of Lettuce
(Preferably from your Gardenuity Garden)Salt (as needed)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together turkey, celery, fresh lettuce, apple, grapes, and pecans until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and desired amount of salt until well blended.
- Mix both bowls together and serve over fresh lettuce.
