Ingredients
1 handful of home-grown kale
½ Tbsp of coconut milk
1 Tbsp of honey
1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Rinse kale well and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Apply your mask! Store the remainder in a jar in the fridge. This will last for about a week, and then you’ll need to replace it with a fresh batch.
