Classic Beef Tacos With Spicy Microgreens

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  • 8 taco shells, or corn tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup Spicy Microgreens

  • Salsa and Salt to taste

Directions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Warm the taco shells or tortillas in the oven.
  • Assemble the tacos by layering ground beef, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with a generous handful of spicy microgreens for a peppery kick.
