Microgreen Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

  • 1/4 cup calabrese broccoli microgreens

  • 1/4 cup radish microgreens

  • 1 lime (juiced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Tortilla chips for serving

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, broccoli microgreens, and radish microgreens.
  • Add lime juice and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
