Herbed Microgreen Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup superfood microgreens

  • 1/4 cup dill microgreens

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for drizzling

  • Pita bread or vegetable sticks for serving

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the superfood microgreens and dill microgreens, and pulse until just combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
