Leftover Stuffing Waffles Topped with Cranberry

But believe us. This has been a home run every time we’ve tried it. Today, fellow co-workers were the testers, and everyone was raving. Stuffing Waffles are a great way to rid your fridge of those leftovers and create a unique, innovative meal at the same time.

These savory waffles are a hit among the guests. Surprisingly tasty, they use your leftover Thanksgiving stuffing to create a visually pleasing masterpiece (pile on the toppings!). Besides, who doesn’t love a waffle — no matter what kind?

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Crumbled Leftover Stuffing

  • 1 Large Egg

  • Turkey Stock (as you need it)

  • Leftover Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 Waffle Iron

Directions

  • Preheat Waffle Iron & Spray with any Non Stick Spray.
  • Create the Stuffing Waffle Mixture
  • Grab a large bowl & stir together 2 Cups of Leftover Stuffing with 1 Large Egg.
  • Add ⅛ cup of Turkey Stock or Chicken Broth and mix until combined. *Add Chicken Broth as needed until mixture is well moistened.
  • Cook the Stuffing Waffle
  • Pour your waffle mixture into your Waffle Iron. (Make sure you spread the waffle mixture evenly along the waffle iron).
  • Close lid of Waffle Iron and let the Stuffing Waffle bake until golden on the outside.
  • Serve the Waffle
  • Move the waffle to a plate. Top with warmed mashed potatoes, slices of turkey, and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • These stuffing waffles take longer than usual waffles to cook. Don’t be afraid to wait until the Waffle cook is the perfect gold brown!
