Sweet and creamy, this recipe is our go-to green smoothie for the morning grind — especially when we’re trying to be health-conscious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lightly packed kale

  • 1 frozen medium banana

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple pieces

  • 1-3 tsp honey, to taste

  • 2 Tbsp peanut Butter

  • ¼ cups plain greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup almond milk (or substitute of choice)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth.
  • Add milk until you’ve reached the desired consistency and serve immediately (or freeze).
  • Enjoy!
