Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet, peeled & cubed

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin coconut oil

  • 3 Medjool dates pitted

  • 1 cup apple slices (optional)

  • ½ cup any milk

Directions
