INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups lightly packed kale
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1-3 tsp honey, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or substitute of choice)

HOW-TO:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. Add milk until you’ve reached the desired consistency and serve immediately (or freeze). Enjoy!
