Herb Hummus perfect to serve as an appetizer or snack using your fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves

  • 10 basil leaves or ¼ cup of thyme or oregano

  • 1 medium scallion

  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oi

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
