Ingredients
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
½ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 7 minutes, stirring often.
- Strain into a container. Discard ginger root.
- Store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
