Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup radish microgreens

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, orange segments, grapefruit segments, avocado slices, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the citrus vinaigrette until well combined.
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  • Top with radish microgreens, toasted almonds, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of citrusy freshness.
