Chimichurri Sauce Recipe – How to Make Chimichurri

Chimichurri is a great way to spice up any cooked meat or entree! Simply spoon over the chimichurri sauce over your meal of choice and enjoy a rush of herbal flavors!

The best part about chimichurri sauce is that it is super easy to make! Expect about 5 minutes of prep work, combine all the ingredients, blend and voila!

Chimichurri Sauce is great on steak, tacos or chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of parsley leaves

  • ½ cup of cilantro leaves

  • ¾ cup of olive oil

  • ¼ cup of red wine vinegar

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse for about 10 seconds until combined.
  • Chill and enjoy.
