Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others. CICERO
Dear Gardenuity Community,
As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting on the power of gratitude — not just as a feeling but as a way of life. Gratitude, when nurtured, has a remarkable ability to grow, much like the gardens we tend to. It transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary blessings and turns challenges into opportunities for growth.
At Gardenuity, we are all about cultivating connections — with the earth, with each other, and with ourselves. This year, I am deeply grateful for the connections we have fostered together. Whether it’s through sharing stories of first harvests, celebrating the resilience of a struggling tomato plant, or simply marveling at the joy of fresh herbs in a favorite dish, these moments remind me why we do what we do.
Gratitude is all around us if we only take a moment to look. It’s in the perfect timing of a third bloom, the crisp scent of rosemary on your fingertips, or the quiet satisfaction of harvesting fresh microgreens 6 days after planting. It’s in the laughter shared over a meal, the warmth of a loved one’s embrace, or even the stillness of a sunrise. When we take time to notice, we realize that life offers countless gifts — some small, some grand, but all worthy of our appreciation.
I am especially thankful for you — our incredible community of growers, dreamers, and doers. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and unwavering support inspire us every single day. Watching you embrace the joys of gardening affirms the belief that gardens grow more than just plants — they grow peace, patience, and gratitude.
This Thanksgiving, I encourage you to pause and soak in the beauty around you. Whether you’re sharing a meal with loved ones, harvesting fresh greens from your patio kitchen garden, or simply sipping a warm cup of tea, let these moments remind you of the abundance in your life. Gratitude is, after all, not about having everything; it’s about recognizing the beauty of what we already have.
As we celebrate Thanksgiving, my heart is full of appreciation for this journey we’re on together. From all of us at Gardenuity, thank you for allowing us to be part of your story. May your Thanksgiving be filled with joy, love, and the kind of gratitude that lingers long after the dishes are done.
With heartfelt thanks and gratitude,
Donna Letier
