Vodka Spritzer | Galentine Cocktail

This bubbly red cocktail is simple and delicious. Sweet enough with a subtle berry flavor, refreshing and sparking all at once. Plus the perfect Galentine cocktail with fresh mint as an accessory.

A spritzer is often associated with wine and soda water, but we are big fans of vodka spritzers. This colorful drink combines vodka, soda water, and cranberry juice topped with fresh mint.

We found that when you marinate the strawberries and lemon slices with the simple syrup and vodka it makes the cocktail much richer in flavor. Thirty minutes is perfect, but you can marinate for up to 3 hours in advance.
