1 oz. Grand Marnier or orange liquor
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh beet juice
1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 small pinch of Himalayan sea salt or Maldon flakes
4 thin slices of jalapeño
Orange slices for garnish
Cauldron & ladle for serving (optional)
- Place all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake your mixture vigorously for about thirty seconds
- Using your strainer, pour into chilled cocktail glasses over ice

This recipe is a fantastic way to use up your blood-red beet harvest. Pair the earthy flavor of your beets with some bright citrus fruits and Casamigos Tequila, and you’ll have a match made in heaven.
Spice Up Your Life
If you’re looking for a cocktail that packs some heat, try muddling extra sliced jalapeños in your cocktail shaker before you add in the rest of the ingredients. If you really want to be on fire, consider adding a sprinkle of cayenne around the rim of your glasses.
You’ll also want to serve up some delightful snacks with this incredible cocktail. We always find that spice compliments spice; try whipping up some homemade salsa with fresh tomatoes and your late-fall garlic harvest. There’s nothing like finger foods, or “horrors devours”, to fit the theme of a Halloween Soirée!
