Rosemary Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients
2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 2-3 grapefruits)
1/4 cup simple syrup (1/4 cup sugar dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 cups club soda
Ice cubes
Grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and add the rosemary sprigs. Let it steep for about 15 minutes, then remove the rosemary.
- In a pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice and rosemary-infused simple syrup.
- Add the club soda and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the grapefruit mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs before serving.
