Prosciutto and Arugula Microgreens Pizza

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula microgreens
Olive oil
Shaved Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top with prosciutto slices.
- Add arugula microgreens and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Finish with shaved Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
