4 ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/4 cup calabrese broccoli microgreens
1/4 cup radish microgreens
1 lime (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, broccoli microgreens, and radish microgreens.
