Margherita Pizza with Basil Microgreens

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup basil microgreens
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Arrange the mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and basil microgreens.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
