Herbed Microgreen Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup superfood microgreens
1/4 cup dill microgreens
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Pita bread or vegetable sticks for serving
Directions
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Add the superfood microgreens and dill microgreens, and pulse until just combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
