Adding certain foods to your regular diet can help draw out toxins and reduce inflammation over time. While some ingredients may seem foreign (spirulina, barley grass juice powder, and Atlantic dulse are not necessarily pantry staples), some, such as blueberries and cilantro, are easily accessible and can even be grown at home.

2 cups wild blueberries
1 cup cilantro
1 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 cup orange juice
1 small handful Atlantic dulse and fresh mint leaves to taste
