Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens

  • Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
  • Sprinkle generously with Thai Basil microgreens.
