Ingredients matter. The best sauce will be made with the best ingredients. Aside from using fresh, homegrown herbs, be sure to squeeze your own limes and mince your own garlic instead of using the prepackaged variety. Fun hack: grating your garlic on a microplane greatly reduces the prep time.
Give the herbs a good chop. You’ll want to make sure that your herbs are well chopped before they go into the blender. Although this seems counterintuitive, there is a purpose: the plants will start releasing more flavor as soon as they touch the knife. Giving them a pre-cut ensures that all that goodness ends up in the finished product.

1 Tbsp. garlic, finely minced or grated
½ cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
¼ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 ½ tsp. Greek Seasoning
¾ tsp. Salt
3 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until homogenous and smooth. Thin out with water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
- Serve with anything and everything. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
