Even though fall is upon us, sometimes a cold drink cannot be beaten. And there’s nothing cooler, crisper or more autumnal than this delicious fall apple mojito, courtesy of The Boozy Ginger.
Like a traditional mojito, this recipe features lots of fresh mint, a touch of white rum, and a generous squeeze of lime. What sets it apart from the ordinary is the addition of apple cider, the seasonal ingredient that just screams fall. Finished off with a kiss of sweetness and a splash of club soda, this drink is the perfect beverage to enjoy around a fire pit with close friends.

HELPFUL HINTS
Choose your cider wisely. There are lots of cider options this time of year, and it’s amazing how they can vary from bottle to bottle. We recommend a straight-forward unfiltered cider for the best and most pure flavor. If you prefer to mix it up, try a spiced variety.
Shake well. This drink is shaken, not stirred. Make sure you really put some muscle behind your shake to make sure everything is well blended. Set a timer for 30 seconds and go nuts!
Break out your copper mugs. We love a good cocktail presentation, and the copper mug is the way to go on this one. Aside from the immaculate fall vibes, a copper mug has ideal insulation to keep your mojito colder–and tastier–for longer.
Get creative. Aside from the choice of cider, there are lots of ways you can spin this recipe to make it your own. Sub ginger beer for club soda, add a touch of honey or garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a signature cocktail that is true to you.
