Classic Beef Tacos With Spicy Microgreens

1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
8 taco shells, or corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup Spicy Microgreens
Salsa and Salt to taste
Directions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, and simmer for 5 minutes
- Warm the taco shells or tortillas in the oven.
- Assemble the tacos by layering ground beef, shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with a generous handful of spicy microgreens for a peppery kick.
