Ingredients
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup lime juice (about 2-3 limes)
2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Cucumber slices and basil leaves for garnish
Directions
- In a blender, combine the cucumber slices, fresh basil leaves, lime juice, and honey (or simple syrup). Blend until smooth.
