APRIL IS EARTH MONTH: PLANT A PROMISE WITH PURPOSE

A team experience that grows well-being, connection, and sustainability — one garden (and one tree) at a time.

Earth Month is here, and Earth Day on April 22 is just around the corner, but there’s still time but there’s still time to bring your team together for something meaningful, memorable, and measurable.

At Gardenuity, we believe every action we take — no matter how small — can lead to lasting impact. That’s why we created Plant a Promise: a hands-on, high-impact program that helps companies connect their people and their purpose in a way that supports both personal well-being and planetary health.

What is Plant a Promise?

Plant a Promise is more than a garden — it’s a sustainability-driven experience designed for teams, clients, and communities.

Each participant receives a garden to plant, grow, and enjoy. But more importantly, they’re invited to make a personal or team promise — a commitment to growth, mindfulness, or sustainability.

Whether it’s taking a break for a walk each day, reducing single-use plastic, or simply watering their plant regularly, these promises plant the seed for habits that can grow into real change — both at work and at home.

One Garden = One Tree

As part of our Earth Month commitment, Gardenuity will donate one tree through One Tree Planted for every garden purchased through the Plant a Promise program in April.

It’s a simple equation:

Your team plants something together.
You support employee well-being.
Trees are planted in honor of your commitment to the planet and your people.

It’s impact that grows. Literally.

In today’s workplace, employees are looking for more than perks — they want purpose. Clients want to align with partners who share their values. Plant a Promise checks both boxes:

  • It’s a turnkey team engagement program that fosters collaboration, wellness, and reflection.
  • It reinforces your organization’s ESG goals with real, trackable sustainability impact.
  • It’s flexible, fast to launch, and can be done in person or virtually.

Our national corporate partners will handle all the logistics—from shipping to facilitation—so you can focus on bringing people together in a meaningful way. Virtual events, in-person events, or simple garden distribution programs—all work seamlessly.

What You Can Expect

  • A hands-on gardening experience (desktop or patio gardens available)
  • Custom branding or messaging options for corporate gifting
  • Pre-event communication support and facilitation options
  • A tree donation tied directly to your order volume
  • Real-time feedback from participants who leave feeling more connected and inspired

There’s Still Time — Let’s Grow Something Together

Whether you’re planning a late-April Earth Day event, a spring wellness activation, or a client appreciation moment, Plant a Promise brings sustainability and human connection together in a way your team won’t forget.

One garden. One promise. One tree. That’s the power of Plant a Promise.
