Bowls are all the rage this year — and for good reason! Bowls are the picture of health. With loads of veggies, a healthy carb, and protein, they’re a filling and tasty way to get everything you need.
This week, we’ve assembled our three favorite superfood bowl recipes: a macro bowl, a buddha bowl, and a sushi bowl.
Try them out and start channeling your healthiest you.
Buddha bowls come from one of Buddha’s practices. He used to wander with a bowl asking for leftovers. At the end of the day, he would eat whatever was in the bowl.
This buddha bowl has a delicious carrot ginger dressing on top, plus avocado, brown rice, and romaine lettuce (freshly harvested works best!).

Sushi bowls are basically deconstructed rolls. This cilantro salmon sushi bowl contains cooked salmon with a fresh cilantro flavoring, homemade sushi rice, nori sheets, and loads of veggies.
Plus, a divine soy ginger dressing and sriracha mayonnaise to top it off. It’s your favorite salmon sushi roll, unwrapped.

This superfood bowl recipe is one of our go-to’s. With a good protein, a healthy carb, and loads of veggies, this macro bowl is vegetarian-friendly and filling — the perfect option for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Plus, there’s a tasty Mediterranean lemon tahini dressing and roasted chickpeas to throw in the flavor. Use your freshly harvested kale to create this green goodness!
