3 Fun Ways to Get Your Kids to Eat Microgreens

You can even throw them in a smoothie with lots of fruit and still get all the benefits with no taste. You can truly put microgreens on anything, they add a nice flavor and pack any meal with ample nutritional benefits, it’s a win all around. By getting creative and making microgreens more prevalent in your kid’s diet you can ensure they not only benefit from them but also enjoy them.

3. Cooking Shows and Competitions
