This is one of my summertime favorites as it can be made ahead of time, does not heat up the kitchen, and is full of fresh ingredients.
If I have oregano growing in my garden at the time, I will chop a handful and place it in my salad too.
While you’re making careful to not over-salt the dressing. Feta cheese is salty and will add to the flavor of the salad.
