The fresh herbs and Lemon Vodka create a refreshing & crisp flavor that is sure to delight anyones taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Lemon Vodka (We are big fans of the Katy Trail Lemon Vodka)

  • 1.0 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice (pulp removed)

  • 1.0 oz. Thyme simple syrup

  • Fresh Thyme Sprigs

  • Lemon Wheel (for serving)

  • Topo Chico

Directions

  • Muddle lemon juice with thyme in bottom of cocktail shaker. 
  • Add vodka and simple syrup. Shake to incorporate ingredients.
  • Pour into cocktail glass and add a splash of Topo Chico.
  • Garnish with Lemon Wheel.
