Over the past couple of weeks, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval, stars of Reality TV hit Vanderpump Rules, and authors of the best selling book Fancy AF Cocktails, to celebrate the one year anniversary of their incredible cocktail recipe book. 

This week, we’re continuing with the celebration to bring you another artisan cocktail from Fancy AF: The Sake Mojito. This tasty treat is the perfect addition to a day-time pick me up, or the cocktail that’ll get you through the family Christmas zoom party that is creeping ever closer. A twist on the classic mojito, learn more about how you can spice up this drink with the recipe below.

Ariana and Tom are known for adding a little something special to their recipes. This week, we are bringing you the ingenious (and very tasty) Sake Mojito Recipe. This mojito comes directly from Fancy AF and we love it! The sake addition is a great twist on the classic mojito cocktail. Let us know what you think!

Ingredients

  • Three lime wedges

  • Three fresh mint leaves

  • ½ ounce of simple syrup

  • Three ounces of your choice of sake

  • Splash of club soda

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves with your simple syrup
  • Fill the remainder of the shaker with ice & add the sake
  • Shake and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice
  • Top off with club soda and garnish with fresh mint and your choice of edible flowers
