Home-grown kale, coconut milk, honey, and just a touch of fresh lemon juice make this recipe a godsend for your skin. Blend together and apply regularly for an at-home spa moment.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of home-grown kale

  • ½ Tbsp of coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp of honey

  • 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice

Directions

  • Rinse kale well and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • Apply your mask! Store the remainder in a jar in the fridge. This will last for about a week, and then you’ll need to replace it with a fresh batch.

Notes

  • You can also opt for juicing the kale and then mixing the ingredients by hand if you prefer a thicker mix!
