Is there anyone more trustworthy when it comes to cooking than Ina? Ina Garten paints a picture of paradise in her book Barefoot in Paris and, trust us, not one of these breakfast recipes disappoint. One of our favorite brunch recipes is her take on Herbed-Baked Eggs.
When we were throwing our brunch party, it was an absolute must on the menu. Smooth and savory, it’s a perfectly balanced recipe that will elevate the occasion and make the tastebuds around the table water.
But what made it even better? When we harvested fresh herbs from our rooftop garden to use in the recipe. We all had a real moment of pride and satisfaction — the “I grew that” feeling is real! Plus, we had an immediate conversation starter which brought the brunch convo to a fun and unique place.
