Super light and summery Basil Cucumber Cooler mocktail to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup

  • 4 cups cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Cucumber slices and basil leaves for garnish

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the cucumber slices, fresh basil leaves, lime juice, and honey (or simple syrup). Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
  • Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the basil cucumber cooler over the ice.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices and basil leaves before serving.
  • Enjoy these refreshing and herb-infused mocktails to beat the summer heat!
