Refreshing cocktail with strawberry and blueberry

In the summer of spritz, this recipe is a great option to stay on-trend, even if you aren’t a big fan of Aperol. We use Lillet Blanc, a fortified wine aperitif that brings a light and refreshing sweetness instead of the bitterness typically associated with spritz. Garnish with garden-fresh fruit and mint, and you’re looking at your new favorite summer cocktail.
Get the real thing. Invest in real Lillet Blanc for this recipe. There really isn’t an alternative when it comes to flavor.
Use fresh lemon juice. As tempting as it is to grab pre-squeezed juice, take the time to squeeze a lemon here. The freshness cannot be beaten.
Too sweet? If you don’t want things to be too sweet, skip the champagne and opt for just club soda.
Get creative. Make this drink your own by using a different flavor of Lillet (Rose would be amazing), playing with the amount of champagne or prosecco or adding in fresh peaches or blackberries.
