Asian Recipes with Herbs | 3 Garden Inspired Recipes

Fresh herbs simply belong with Asian cuisine. There’s something about Asian flavors that call for that touch of freshness — whether it be cilantro, mint, or basil.

These three Asian recipes with herbs are some of our favorite ways to make restaurant-style dishes at home and use the remainder of our herb harvest.

Stir-fried Noodles with Chili Shrimp and Chives

Fried noodles always feel like the way to go. With chili shrimp and fresh chives, this recipe is full of flavor and bite. Add your favorite veggies to the mix, and serve it up to the family for absolute delight!

Asian Chicken Salad

This recipe, thanks to Rachel Ray, is extraordinarily easy and uses three flavorful herbs: cilantro, basil, and mint. You can prep way ahead of time and throw together whenever. It’s great for on-the-go lunches, appetizers at dinner parties, and more! See the full recipe here.

Basil Chicken Coconut Curry

Courtesy of Simply Recipes, this recipe is one of our all-time favorite curry recipes. With fresh basil and veggies and a coconut-based curry, it can easily be made vegetarian by omitting chicken (and opting for tofu instead).
